Mental Strength for the Long Game

Performance psychology and integration support for athletes and high-achieving individuals navigating transition, identity shifts, and meaningful change.

Life asks a lot of us.
To perform. To adapt. To keep moving forward.

At certain points, something shifts.

Clarity feels harder to access.
Achievement feels different.
A transition — chosen or unexpected — begins to reorganize how we see ourselves.

Mountain Mental Coaching meets you there.

Growth, healing, and sustainable performance happen through connection, presence, and an integrated body–mind approach.

About MMC

I’m Erin, founder of Mountain Mental Coaching.

I’ve spent over 15 years in performance-driven environments. From endurance sport to corporate leadership. I understand the discipline it takes to achieve, and I also understand what happens when achievement stops feeling like enough.

I hold a Master’s in Sport Psychology and am completing training as a Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator in Colorado. My work brings together performance psychology, nervous system awareness, and integration support for those navigating transition.

I work with athletes and high-achieving individuals who want to build steadiness, not just drive.

Because strength isn’t only about pushing harder.
It’s about knowing when to stay present and adapt.
